The Toulouse Running Jacket is a nylon-style windbreaker. Very lightweight wind resistance jacket with two side pockets with zippers and front zippered closure. It has an elasticized waistband, wrist cuffs, and collar. It also has a circular embroidery crest patch detail on the left chest and a rectangular embroidery patch on the right arm.
