DELIVERY PROMOTIONS

Our delivery promotions apply solely to standard shipping charges. Free shipping is exclusively available for orders bound for Canada via our standard delivery service, which typically takes 5-7 working days. Please be aware that free shipping does not extend to alternative delivery services.

PRODUCT AVAILABILITY

At Rhowan James, we prioritize transparency regarding product availability. Products offered for purchase online are subject to availability. Here's what our availability descriptions mean:

  • Available: Products are in stock and ready to ship.

  • Available for Pre-order: Secure your purchase now; items will ship after the specified Start Ship date.

  • Back Order: Secure your purchase now; items will ship after the noted Ship date as our warehouse restocks.

  • Sold Out: Unfortunately, these products are out of stock and unavailable for order.

PRICING

All prices are denoted in Canadian dollars. US and international customers will be charged in Canadian funds, converted at an exchange rate determined by Rhowan James at the time of purchase.

RETURN POLICY

We gladly accept returns of unworn, undamaged, or defective regular-priced merchandise for exchange or credit note when accompanied by the original sales receipt. All returns must be initiated within 14 days of delivery. Swimwear purchases are final sale items, while custom apparel, gear, and swimsuits are non-returnable. NO REFUNDS

DUTIES + TAXES

  • To Canada: Provincial taxes will be added to Canadian purchases based on the customer's residing province.
